Executive and Founder work
This is confidential one-to-one depth work, offered as standalone sessions or as a structured engagement over a defined period.
It is built for discretion, with private scheduling and careful note-keeping, and a frame steady enough to hold senior decisions without their weight spilling into the rest of life. It combines clinical depth with first-hand experience of commercial and strategic roles, so the pressures of leadership are met from the inside rather than in theory.
In practice it serves founders, senior leaders and public figures carrying visibility and responsibility that are rarely speakable elsewhere.
Executive and Founder work often supports:
- Leaders navigating scale, transition, or high-stakes decisions
- Founders holding the psychological load of building
- People whose visibility, wealth or responsibility makes generic support inadequate
- Preparation for, and integration after, significant career or life inflection points

All work is held to clinical standards of confidentiality, with particular care taken for clients whose profile makes discretion essential.

Common questions
Is my privacy protected?
Yes. Discretion is built into how the work runs: sessions online or in private consulting rooms, records held securely, no public client lists, and the limits of confidentiality explained plainly before we begin. Where your circumstances call for additional confidentiality agreements, that conversation is welcome.
Do you understand my world?
I have held strategic roles in corporate contexts, so the commercial pressures you carry are not theoretical to me. The work combines that understanding with doctoral clinical training.

What are the limits of this practice?
This practice offers planned, preventative and depth-oriented work; it is not a crisis or emergency service. I do not actively take on new clients who are currently in crisis. When someone already in my care experiences a crisis, I support them to access the right care alongside our work together. The decisions are yours. The thinking need not be lonely.
