Executive and Founder work
Confidential one-to-one work for senior leaders, founders and people whose decisions carry weight. The pressures at this level are real and rarely speakable elsewhere: isolation, visibility, responsibility for others, the gap between public composure and private cost.
Offered as standalone sessions or as structured engagements over a defined period. The work is designed to hold weight discreetly and to leave you clearer, steadier and better resourced for the calls only you can make.
