Begin with a conversation.

Reaching out is often the hardest part, and there is no need to have it all worked out before you write. A few honest lines about where you are and what you are hoping for is plenty.

Therapy and coaching sessions are £250. Fees for executive work and supervision are confirmed in the first conversation.

The practice is based in the United Kingdom and operates under UK professional and legal requirements. Enquiries from clients located outside the UK are considered case by case, as what is possible depends on the regulations of the country you are in and whether the work can be delivered safely and to the same clinical standard. Please say where you are based when you write.

Whether you have a clear sense of what you need or simply know that something needs attention, I read every enquiry personally. If I am not the right fit, I will do my best to point you towards someone who is.

Wise Mynd is not a crisis or emergency service. If you need urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services on 999.
