She supports creators, leaders and public-facing professionals with the psychological demands of visibility, responsibility and sustained performance.

Dr Fabienne Palmer is an award-winning Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Director of Wise Mynd Ltd., specialising in the psychological demands of visible, high-responsibility lives. Winner of the 2025 WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award for Diversity & Inclusion, her work spans private practice, NHS and Macmillan-linked cancer-care transformation, creative-industry training, workplace wellbeing, research, teaching and supervision. She is a Clinical Psychologist and Trainer with Creative Access and has contributed expert commentary and speaking through Pinsent Masons, Indeed, Unmind, BAPAM and WeAreTheCity. A Black clinician of Sierra Leonean heritage, she brings cultural fluency, systems thinking and more than a decade of specialist experience to work with creators, founders, senior leaders and the teams around them. Through Wise Mynd, she offers discreet, doctoral-standard psychological care, consultation and speaking grounded in clinical evidence, humanity and an understanding of the environments in which people are expected to perform.
