Psychology for a life lived in public.
Doctoral-level psychological support for creators, influencers and public-facing professionals who want to do their best work and sustain themselves while doing it, and for the teams who manage them.
For you.
You create, perform or lead in public. You want expert support to work at your best and build a career that does not consume you.
For talent you represent.
You manage or represent someone in public life and want credible, specialist support around them.
Research on the creator economy is unambiguous. In one of the largest studies of creators to date, a majority reported burnout, most said their self-worth moved with the performance of their content, and almost none had ever worked with a therapist who understood the specifics of creator life. The support gap is not a perception. It is measured.

What this practice is, and is not
This is a practice for adults who are broadly well and functioning, often impressively so, and who understand that their mind is the asset their whole career runs on. The work here is about doing your best work and sustaining the person who makes it: handling scrutiny, criticism and performance pressure without letting them run the show, keeping your identity steady while your profile moves, and building a public career with longevity built in. It is preventative and depth-oriented work, begun before things break rather than after. It is not an emergency or crisis service, and I say that plainly so that the people this practice is built for know they are in the right place.
