SERVICES
Therapy, coaching, executive work and supervision.
I work with adults (18 and over). The practice runs on a deliberately small caseload, and every piece of work begins with a discovery call and, where appropriate, a full assessment. Sessions are 50 minutes, online or in person. At assessment we agree the focus of the work together, and it is reviewed regularly as the work develops. Fees are discussed at the discovery call and reflect the specialist, senior nature of the work. The practice supports people who are broadly functioning well; it is not a crisis service.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The shape of the work, from first call to last.
Every engagement is bespoke, but the shape is consistent. You will always know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how we will know it is working. There is more behind each hour together than the hour itself.
Initial consultation
A paid, structured 50-minute session and the first step of the clinical process. We explore what brings you, begin the clinical picture, and establish whether the practice is the right fit. If it is not, I will say so and, where I can, point you toward someone better placed to help.
Assessment and formulation
Careful mapping of what is happening and why. You leave with a shared account, written up, before any intervention begins.
Sessions
50 minutes, online or in person. Between sessions there is preparation, clinical review and, where useful, measurement of progress, so the work stays deliberate.
Review and endings
The work is reviewed regularly, and endings are planned rather than drifted into. You choose the pace at which you finish.
01 · THERAPY
Depth work for growth and clarity.
You do not need to be unwell to benefit from therapy. The people who work with me are usually doing well and want to go deeper: to know themselves more fully, to sustain what they have built, to bring more of themselves to the people and work that matter.
My primary approach is EMDR, integrated with a broad range of evidence-based methods and always tailored to you after careful assessment.
What clients often want to notice in their lives:
- Clarity and self-knowledge
- Confidence that is rooted in more than performance
- Sustaining ambition and creative energy over the long run
- Presence and depth in the relationships that matter
- Meaning, purpose and direction
- Ease with change and transition
- Belonging in your own identity, across the contexts you move through
- Resolving what quietly gets in the way of your best work
02 · COACHING
Perform well. Perform sustainably.
Psychologically informed coaching for people performing well who want to perform sustainably: clarity, purpose, boundaries, decision-making, and ambition that does not consume the person carrying it. Grounded in clinical expertise rather than generic frameworks.
03 · EXECUTIVE and FOUNDER WORK
Confidential support for decisions that carry weight.
Confidential one-to-one work for senior leaders, founders and people whose decisions carry weight. The pressures at this level are real and rarely speakable elsewhere: isolation, visibility, responsibility for others, the gap between public composure and private cost.
Offered as standalone sessions or structured engagements.
04 · SUPERVISION and CONSULTATION
For clinicians and organisations.
Clinical supervision for psychologists and mental health professionals, consultation, and bespoke training on trauma-informed, culturally attuned practice.
Scoped and priced per engagement.
REFERRALS
For clinicians, GPs, EAPs and organisations.
The practice welcomes referrals of adults from clinicians, GPs, EAPs and organisations. Referral enquiries via the contact form; each begins with the same careful assessment.
